We are pleased to announce that we will be running a further 10 sessions at Middlesbrough Velodrome!  Starting from Sunday 28th February and running for the following 10 weeks, members have the chance to ride the banks of the track under the watchful and experienced eyes of the Club's qualified coaches.

Sam and Callum will be coaching, sessions will be open to those with any level of experience, but riders must be Stockton Wheelers members and have a track bike of their own in order to participate.

YOUTH TRACK BIKES NOW AVAILABLE: The club has four track bikes suitable for riders age 9 to 11 years old. The bikes will be available to use at the Middlesbrough velodrome session this Sunday 28th February between 4pm and 5pm. Anyone interested in participating should message Callum on 07587158265. We can accommodate up to eight novice riders in the session. Riders will need to be at the velodrome at 3:45 at the latest to allow us to set the bikes up.  The bikes have flat pedals so trainers will be suitable. Helmets are essential, and you are recommended to have gloves/mitts and long sleeved tops.

The charge for each session will be just £3 and will be each Sunday between 4pm and 5pm.

Please contact Callum, Sam or the club secretary to book a place.  Email:

Sessions will be cancelled if the track is deemed unsafe due to weather. Participants do not need to sign in at the sports village, but do turn up in plenty of time for the session.
