Box Hire Terms & Conditions

1. You must be a current fully paid up member of SWCC.

2. You must have held SWCC membership for 6 months or longer.

3. The bike box is for your sole use & not for use by any non member of SWCC.

4. Produce your SWCC membership card for inspection when collecting bike box.

5. You should inspect the bike box for any damage before taking the box, any damage found must be noted by the location holder of said box.

6. You are responsible for the bike box for the whole period it is in your possession, if it is lost, stolen or damaged you will be responsible for the cost of repair / replacement.

7. In the event of any damage your refundable deposit will be held pending consideration by SWCC.

8. SWCC is not responsible for any contents you place within the box or your use of the box. It is advised that you check that your personal insurance covers any damage to the box or contents that may result throughout its use.

9. You are required to inform the location holder if you cannot return the bike box on the agreed day and may be subject to a late return fee.

10. SWCC reserve the right to change the terms and conditions but will not do so until you are fully informed of any changes.
